A custom shell manufactured from a customer-approved model
The Japan-bound custom shell record follows a customer-approved STEP/CAD model into shell manufacturing, factory assembly and protective packaging. MobileX’s work included the structural frame, exterior panels, entrance assembly and specified cutouts and mounting provisions. Electrical, ventilation, fire-safety systems and interior fit-out were assigned to the local project scope for separate completion in Japan.
This is useful when a project contractor already has local equipment or specialist installers: the enclosure can be reviewed around the required physical interfaces, with factory work and local work identified before fabrication. The record shows that division of work in one project; it is not a claim that the unfinished shell was already a commissioned room.
