Choose the number of conversations, then the room size
Start with MP2 for one two-person conversation; compare MP3 when up to four people need to take part in the same meeting. A four-person pod is still one shared room. If two pairs must hold separate conversations at the same time, compare two separate spaces rather than treating four seats as two meeting rooms. Separate enclosures do not, by themselves, establish privacy at the proposed positions.

Budget basis: MobileX reference prices dated July 19, 2026, not a current delivered offer. MP2 and MP3 furniture is optional and separately scoped. Footprints are calculated from published external dimensions; door operation, access and circulation need additional space. These areas are not clear internal floor areas.
At this reference level, moving from MP2 to MP3 adds USD 1,270, 600 mm of external depth and 1.2 sq m of enclosure footprint. That difference buys a larger shared-room option, not a demonstrated acoustic improvement. For two regular participants, the larger model is worth comparing when their actual table, screen, papers or movement cannot be accommodated in the smaller layout. A larger model is not automatically necessary for every two-person video call.
Two MP2 units have a reference pod subtotal USD 1,110 above one MP3. This is a comparison of different working arrangements, not equivalent rooms or a package quotation. If the second conversation can use an existing suitable room or occur at another time, a second pod may be unnecessary. For each shortlisted arrangement, build the total from pods + selected furniture and equipment + delivery and import costs + site preparation and installation. Count the equipment sets the actual activities need: two simultaneous video meetings can require two sets, whereas a second face-to-face room need not duplicate the first room’s video system.
