Customization and Technical Options
Standard office pod discussions include the following project options, subject to model and quotation confirmation.
Pod configuration
- Practical size and interior layout can be discussed for project requirements.
- Socket type, voltage, USB/network requirements and lighting or ventilation scope should be specified by destination market.
- Color and finish can be selected with a RAL color reference where applicable.
Furniture and export scope
- Single-person booths include desk and chair in the standard product discussion; larger booths can add furniture as accessories.
- Logo and branding can be discussed for project orders.
- Pods are prepared as disassembled or knock-down export packages. Screens are normally sourced in China according to market pricing and project need.
Commercial Terms for Project Buyers
The following are typical reference terms. The final quotation or contract controls the actual scope.
- EXW is the default reference quotation basis.
- FOB, CIF, DDU and DDP can be discussed after destination and project conditions are confirmed.
- For orders of 5 units or fewer, typical payment may be 100% before production. For 6 units or more, typical reference terms may be 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment after photo or video quality confirmation.
- A 1-year electrical-parts warranty may be available; coverage, exclusions and final responsibility are subject to the quotation or contract.
- Installation video guidance and online support may be available; the specific support scope is confirmed per project. Overseas on-site installation is not assumed.
- Dealer, OEM, private-label and sample-order discussions remain project-specific; exclusive agency is not promised at the initial stage.
