What European Buyers Ask Before Ordering
Short answers to the questions European dealers and project buyers have sent us this year.
What will it cost delivered to my city?
Our reference prices are EXW. Send your city, postcode, models and quantity, and we add CIF to your port or DDP to your door. One or two sample units usually ship LCL; dealer stock ships by container with mixed models.
How long from payment to delivery?
Standard models take 15–20 days to produce after order details are confirmed, then sea freight from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Custom projects take about 30 days. Sea transit to main European ports usually takes 30–45 days. Freight is quoted for each shipment, because rates change with the destination country, delivery address and season. Your quotation states the schedule.
Can you build pods under our brand?
Yes. Standard units ship without a MobileX logo by default. Colour by RAL code and a logo film on the glass are available. Size changes and private label start at 5 units; original designs start at 30 units. See OEM and ODM options.
Which sockets and voltage?
Set for the destination, such as 230 V with EU (Type F) or UK (Type G) sockets. CE documentation is available for selected office pod models; confirm the model and scope. Local installation rules are checked on site.
What ventilation and acoustic data can you share?
MP1 uses one 80 m³/h fan (about 30 dB) that exchanges the air in about 2–3 minutes with the door closed. Factory tests show up to 35 dB noise reduction across MP1–MP3. An occupancy sensor is optional.
Is there a showroom in Europe?
Not at present. Most dealers start with one or two sample units to test acoustics, assembly and finish. For every order we share production, inspection and packing photos.

Specification
Confirm colour (RAL), logo, socket and voltage, sensor and furniture options. Each model gets an approved drawing. Smart glass (PDLC) doors that switch between clear and frosted are available for orders of 20 units or more.

Stock order
Mixed MP1, MP1+, MP2 and MP3 in one container, in knock-down export packing. A standard pod assembles from six main faces and twelve structural screws.
