What US and Canadian Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Are the electrical parts UL or ETL certified?
Pods for the US and Canada are wired for 110–120V with US-standard plugs, using Siemens or Philips switches and sockets that carry UL and ETL certification.
Does the DDP price include tariffs?
Yes. A DDP quote includes sea freight, US import duties and delivery to your address. We can also quote EXW, FOB or CIF if you use your own forwarder.
Do I need an installer?
No. A standard pod arrives as six main panels with a video guide and can be assembled in about one hour, without a specialist installer.
Can I order just one pod?
Yes. MOQ is one unit, and a single pod can be quoted DDP to your door. Dealers often start with one sample before ordering a mixed container.
How long from order to delivery?
Standard models take 15–20 days to produce after order details are confirmed, then ship by sea to the US West or East Coast. Your quotation states the full schedule.
What furniture is included?
MP1 and MP1+ include a work desk and one seat. Tables and sofas for MP2 and MP3 are quoted as a separate set, and display screens can be sourced on request.
