Which plugs and sockets do the pods use?
Gulf projects get UK-type (Type G) plugs and sockets, with voltage set for the destination. We prepare the electrical certification your destination requires.
Can you deliver to my city?
Yes. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. The port is chosen from your delivery address, such as Jebel Ali, Dammam or Jeddah, and sea freight takes about 40 days.
How long from order to arrival?
Standard models take 15–20 days to produce after order details are confirmed, plus about 40 days by sea. Custom projects take about 30 days to produce.
Can you match a premium or custom design?
Colour by RAL code, logo, size changes and custom layouts are available. Size changes and private label start at 5 units; original designs, such as a new exterior shape, start at 30 units.
Do outdoor kiosks handle Gulf heat?
Outdoor kiosks get waterproof exterior paint and heat-insulating film. Insulation, climate control and electrical layout are scoped per project.
Can we start with one prototype?
Yes. MOQ 1 lets you test one unit or a pilot before a larger order. For every order we share production, inspection and packing photos.
