One Office Pod Range, Different Destinations: Brief the Electrical Variants
If a dealer plans to sell the same office pod range in more than one destination, list each destination’s electrical requirements separately before asking whether one configuration can serve both. A shared catalog name does not tell the factory which socket, supply requirement or documents belong to each order line.
Keep the common pod choice, split what changes
Start with the pod model and the work it must support. Then ask the receiving teams what power is available at each site and what connections users need inside the pod. MobileX can discuss socket and voltage options by market, but the agreed configuration belongs in the project quotation and applicable drawing or specification. Do not assume that a pod offered for one destination can be sent unchanged to another.
Separate three things in the brief: the pod’s power input, the outlets and ports supplied inside, and the building-side connection. The first two define what the supplier is being asked to provide. The last needs a named local party to check the site and the applicable requirements. The installation and electrical guide covers that site handoff in detail.

Make the quotation compare real variants
For example, a dealer may be considering the same pod family for two destinations. This is a purchasing example, not a MobileX customer order. Copy the fields below into the inquiry. Use “To confirm” for unknown site details; the buyer does not need to guess electrical specifications. One line marked “standard power” would hide the decision.
| Field | Destination A | Destination B |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer request and local site information | ||
| Country and city | [Country; city] | [Country; city] |

If the confirmed requirements match, the supplier can say whether both lines may share a configuration reference. If they differ, ask which parts, documents, price and production assumptions change. Similar-looking outlets alone do not establish identical configurations. Keep both lines visible until the supplier confirms the arrangement; a combined shipment or common price is not implied by a common product name.
Carry the right identity into the order
For a private-label range, the sales name may remain the same across destinations. Link each agreed variant to its quotation line, drawing or configuration reference and the instructions intended for that destination. This makes it easier to send the right documentation with the right units and to identify a replacement part later. The private-label configuration record explains how to keep those references connected after purchase.
Do not use a product-page option list as proof that every requested combination is already approved. Ask MobileX to confirm availability and the quoted supply scope for the specific model, destination and quantity. Local electrical suitability and any required inspection remain questions for the responsible team at the destination.
Send a brief that can be priced
Send the completed table with the intended use and any common furniture or branding requirements through Contact MobileX POD. Ask the quotation to identify each confirmed configuration and any open electrical or local-installation decisions. If delivery dates or receiving sites also differ, use the multi-site readiness guide for the separate shipment decision.
