What is the MOQ for MobileX office pods?
MOQ 1 is accepted for standard office pod models, sample orders and small project orders.
What are the reference prices for standard office pod models?
Reference EXW prices are USD 1,380 for MP1 Office Pod, USD 1,650 for MP1+ Phone Booth, USD 2,380 for MP2 Meeting Booth and USD 3,650 for MP3 Meeting Booth.
Can MobileX customize size, color, socket, voltage and logo?
Yes. MobileX can customize size, exterior color, interior finish, socket, voltage, logo, signage and layout for project buyers.
What is the normal production lead time?
Standard office pod models usually take 15-20 days. Customized modular pod projects usually take about 30 days after final details are confirmed.
What shipping terms can MobileX support?
MobileX can quote EXW by default and can also support FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou, CIF, DDU and DDP after destination and project details are confirmed.
How much noise can the office pod reduce?
MobileX office pods and meeting booths are designed for up to about 35dB noise reduction depending on site noise level, installation conditions and door use.
Can buyers install the office pods by themselves?
Yes. MobileX office pods are designed for self-installation with video guidance and online support. Thousands of units have been installed by customers without local installation teams.
What warranty does MobileX provide?
MobileX provides lifetime support for the whole pod structure and a 1-year warranty for electrical components.
Can MobileX support dealers, OEM branding or private label projects?
Yes. MobileX can support dealer cooperation, OEM branding, private label details and sample orders, but exclusive agency is not promised before a proven cooperation path.
What information is needed for an accurate quotation?
Useful quotation details include product type, size, quantity, destination country, socket and voltage, color or logo requirements, layout preference, reference photo or drawing and expected delivery term.
Does MobileX provide certificates or compliance documents?
MobileX has ISO 9001 quality management certification and CE documentation for selected office pod series. Project-specific documents depend on product type and destination requirements.
What are the usual payment terms?
Orders of 5 units or fewer usually require 100% payment before production. Orders of 6 units or more usually use 50% deposit to start production and 50% balance before shipment after photos and videos are confirmed.
Which colors and finishes are standard for office pods?
Black frame, white exterior body, gray acoustic panels and wood grain panels can be treated as standard finish options for MobileX office pods.
Are sockets, USB, network port, sofa, table, logo or color options extra?
For many standard office pod projects, socket configuration, USB or Type-C, network port, standard seating or table options, logo and color discussion can be included without extra charge. Final configuration should be confirmed before quotation.
Can MobileX make Mamava-style lactation pods or nursing rooms?
Yes. MobileX can manufacture custom lactation pods and nursing rooms for workplaces, airports, hospitals, universities, malls and public facilities. A common reference size is about 2.75 x 1.35 x 2.4m, with layout quoted by function.
What is the reference price for a telemedicine pod?
A common MobileX telemedicine pod reference size is 1.5 x 1.2 x 2.2m. The reference EXW price is USD 2,880 with desk included. Optional chair is USD 150 and optional LED display is USD 800.
What outdoor kiosk projects can MobileX manufacture?
MobileX can manufacture outdoor commercial kiosks for coffee, beverage, retail, ticketing, information points, security rooms, garden offices and custom service booths. Layout, signage, service window and weather-resistant details are quoted by project.
Which ports does MobileX usually use?
Common export ports are Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Other shipping arrangements can be discussed after the product model, quantity, packing method and destination are confirmed.
